These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of kyneticai.com, our phone line, and our text messaging program, operated by Kynetic AI, a business operated by Abdullah Ahmed as a sole proprietor (“Kynetic AI,” “we,” “us”). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Kynetic AI provides an AI phone receptionist that answers calls, books appointments, and handles urgent service requests. Calls may be answered by an AI assistant and may be recorded and transcribed.

SMS Terms

  1. Program name: Kynetic AI Appointment Notifications.

  2. Program description: When you call Kynetic AI and agree during the call to receive texts, we send appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and updates about your urgent service request.

  3. Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointments and requests.

  4. Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

  5. Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL.

  6. Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact us at abdullah@kyneticai.com or (669) 266-0586.

  7. Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  8. Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

  9. Privacy: See our Privacy Policy at https://kyneticai.com/privacy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
